Extensive training in the ‘science of drawing’ and old master techniques, with a focus on the human figure and portraiture. This includes: foundational human anatomy for artists, design, line, working with form and volume, and training in handling of materials.
Art x Gen AI
Experimenting with Generative AI technology to create new compositions and unique artworks. Exploring what we can learn from natural language models about our creative processes and accelerate the speed of creation.
History of Art
Academic background in History of Art (Oxford University), specialising in the Renaissance and modernism at the turn of the 20th century. Thesis focused on the enduring cultural impact of Dante's Divine Comedy on artists, including Botticelli, John Flaxman and Rodin.
